Thousandths and carats
In Europe fineness is stated in thousandths: 585 means 585 parts gold per 1,000. Carat counts in 24 parts: 14 ct = 14/24 = 0.583, standardised as 585.

White and rose gold
Colour says nothing about fineness. White and rose gold are alloys with the same finenesses as yellow gold; only the added metals differ.
In your store
In GoudZilverKoers you set fineness per product or variation, so a ring in 14 and 18 ct automatically gets two prices that both follow the market.
