These terms apply to the GoudZilverKoers WordPress plugin and the related price service. GoudZilverKoers is supplied and invoiced by ZaakCompleet (the Netherlands). The Dutch version of these terms prevails.
1. The service
GoudZilverKoers provides a WooCommerce plugin and a price service with spot prices for gold, silver, platinum and palladium. The plugin calculates product prices from them according to the user's settings.
2. Trial
One free 3-day trial can be started per website. After it ends, the price service stops for that website unless a subscription has been taken out.
3. Subscription and payment
The subscription costs €19 per month or €190 per year per website, excluding VAT. From 3 websites in the name of the same customer, 20% off applies to all that customer's licences. Invoices are sent in advance per period and collected by direct debit, authorised once with an iDEAL payment of €0.01. If an invoice is more than 14 days overdue, the price service for the website(s) concerned may be suspended until it is paid. Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance.
4. Cancellation
A monthly plan can be cancelled per month, a yearly plan at the end of the current year, by email to info@goudzilverkoers.nl. Periods already paid are not refunded.
5. Prices and liability
Prices come from external market sources and are provided without guarantee of accuracy, completeness or availability. The user remains responsible for the prices in their store and the margins set. GoudZilverKoers is not liable for damage caused by incorrect, delayed or missing prices or by malfunctions, except in case of intent or gross negligence. Liability is in all cases limited to the subscription fees paid in the 12 months before the damage.
6. Use
A licence applies to one website (domain). Using the price service outside the plugin, reselling it or circumventing the licence check is not permitted.
7. Other
Dutch law applies.
